11-17-2019 VNCIA PLANNING and Reflection

​As now, we have ran the operation of VNCIA LLC since September 2019 from our homebase in New Castle, DE USA.

In term of running both sole proprietorship to LLC with minutes obligations we have ran the operation from August 2011. That means in total, we have been in business for 8 years. The business, dues to its low overhead and costs of maintenance, has always been profitable. Our record earning in term of revenue was in the year of 2015. This marked our commitment and desire to grow VNCIA LLC. This also marked the second year of growing the operation.

Fast forward to the presence, this year of 2019 marked the sustainability of VNCIA LLC despite the relocation challenges as well as the adaptability to the requirements to relocate to Delaware USA. In June 2019, the managing member has decided to relocate VNCIA LLC to his house in New Castle, DE USA. Here, he still have the support of his former students from Texas via online tutoring as well as the patronages of the local students.

The online platform was the primary source of revenue for VNCIA LLC since the move from Texas to Delaware. There are many challenges, such as unstable internet connection, the lack of students input, the inability to recruit local students for online tutoring, as well as limited time available for tutoring since VNCIA LLC has only one tutor.

Despite of all the challenges to our business, the conversion to homebase has effectively double his profit since the office normal costs about 50% of monthly revenue. It is now time to refocus VNCIA LLC mission in education, especially our core business model of one-on-one tutoring. We are going to improve our online presence as well as create a great learning experience for our students, both online and offline. We home that the online learning materials that we provide could help the student gain the understanding and knowledge of not only their current subjects but also a relevant understanding of the math and science foundations of our world.
