What is knowledge? Why is it necessary in our lives? Why do we seek it? How do we accumulate it? What is VNCIA LLC doing that could help me in my quest for knowledge? etc.
These are the questions that may come to mind when you read our mission statement . We will discuss these questions and some more topics in this blog. Our definition may not be the same as dictionary, but it is to the best of our knowledge and beliefs about what the topic is about. It may be wrong or right, and we encourage any comments or feedback to help us sharping our understanding.
Knowledge is the metal process of a person, upon the perception of an interest or topic, invoking his mental memory of his past exposure to the similar interest or topic. When there is a similarity between the current perceptions and past exposure, the person then use the past exposure to explain or to take mental or physical actions in the current situation. We can think of our memory is like a library of past exposure to interests or topics, either voluntarily or mandatory exposure. The purpose of the general education (K-12 or K-14) is to mandatory the basic exposure for the students in preparation for their future role within the society, as a leader first of his or her own life, then the household, the city, the State, and the World. The parents and the K-12 teachers were the main motivator or enforcer of the mandatory learning experience of the youth. However, during this mandatory exposure to experiences, the students would both mature with age and the amount of accumulated mandatory knowledge. Those knowledge are reflected via their changing views of the world, which are expressed via their test results, essays, and other mandatory assessments. However, the beginning of their post-mandatory learning period also requires the students to select a path for further self development as well as the need to focus on the pragmatic purpose of later to be self-sustainable and the different level of the Maslow's Hierachy of Need via employment of self-employment. The learning after the mandatory would ultimately shape their view of themselves and of the world. The mandatory knowledge is what used to create uniformity for the society, but the realization of individuality is the selection of the post-mandatory learning.
Our world and society is a results of a lot of work and developments of human knowledge. We learn via both mandatory and post-mandatory experiences. VNCIA LLC with its current operation to help strengthen the students' math and sciences knowledge, which is in the K-14 mandatory learning. However, as we realize the capability of our human intellectual, we would use the tutoring experience as a channel to not only cover the mandatory knowledge, but we also play a role of a mentors who has advanced through the K-14 and post mandatory learning to expose the student to relevant current knowledge so that our students are not only perform on-par with their cohorts but also have the strong foundation for the future learning of math and sciences, regardless if they would follow a liberal arts or scientific careers.

<![CDATA[11-17-2019 VNCIA PLANNING and Reflection]]>Mon, 25 Nov 2019 13:47:11 GMThttp://blog.vncia.com/blog/11-17-2019-vncia-planning-and-reflectionAs now, we have ran the operation of VNCIA LLC since September 2019 from our homebase in New Castle, DE USA.

In term of running both sole proprietorship to LLC with minutes obligations we have ran the operation from August 2011. That means in total, we have been in business for 8 years. The business, dues to its low overhead and costs of maintenance, has always been profitable. Our record earning in term of revenue was in the year of 2015. This marked our commitment and desire to grow VNCIA LLC. This also marked the second year of growing the operation.

Fast forward to the presence, this year of 2019 marked the sustainability of VNCIA LLC despite the relocation challenges as well as the adaptability to the requirements to relocate to Delaware USA. In June 2019, the managing member has decided to relocate VNCIA LLC to his house in New Castle, DE USA. Here, he still have the support of his former students from Texas via online tutoring as well as the patronages of the local students.

The online platform was the primary source of revenue for VNCIA LLC since the move from Texas to Delaware.
There are many challenges, such as unstable internet connection, the lack of students input, the inability to recruit local students for online tutoring, as well as limited time available for tutoring since VNCIA LLC has only one tutor.

Despite of all the challenges to our business, the conversion to homebase has effectively double his profit since the office normal costs about 50% of monthly revenue.
It is now time to refocus VNCIA LLC mission in education, especially our core business model of one-on-one tutoring. We are going to improve our online presence as well as create a great learning experience for our students, both online and offline. We home that the online learning materials that we provide could help the student gain the understanding and knowledge of not only their current subjects but also a relevant understanding of the math and science foundations of our world.

As 2019 Thanksgiving holiday approaching, we would like to thank our our clients, both parents and students who has been trusting in our tutoring services. We wish you a Happy Holiday Season and New Year!

Managing Member of VNCIA LLC]]>
